How do I schedule an appointment?
Complete the contact form located on this website (click "contact" from the top menu, or scroll to the bottom of the main page). You will be contacted via the number you provide to discuss your needs and scheduling.
Do you accept insurance?
At this time I do not direct bill insurance. At your request, billing and service documentation can be provided, which clients may use to submit request for reimbursement through their insurance provider. Please check with your insurance providers prior to your first appointment to determine whether this may be an option under your plan. Fees are paid in full at the time of your appointment. Cash and credit payments accepted.
Can I schedule multiple services?
Taking a holistic perspective on your care, we'll seamlessly incorporate a variety of modalities into your treatment. During your initial appointment, we woll work with you to develop a plan based on your needs and interests, which may include one or multiple treatment modalities.
How do I learn more about the services offered?

How can I participate in your training events?
There are several ways you may be able to work with me! As I offer training in many areas, you are encouraged to explore more about my work and collaborative opportunities though the particular tabs that interest you.
Clinical learning opportunities my be offered through trainings or through clinican superivison. Reiki too may be offered individually or via group based on the number of participants. Yoga related training may be offered as a workshop, class, or individual sessions.
